How does the Smart RSVP System work?
Our Smart RSVP System is integrated directly into the digital wedding invitation you avail from Knot Haven. Guests can search for their names, view their invitation details, and confirm their attendance. All responses are automatically recorded and organized for easy tracking.
Is there a separate fee for the Smart RSVP System?
No! Our Smart RSVP System is already included in our digital invitation packages, whether you choose a template-based design or a fully customized invitation. No additional RSVP system fee is required.
Can I avail of the Smart RSVP System alone?
Yes! You may avail of our Smart RSVP System separately, provided that your digital invitation is hosted by Knot Haven. Embedding our RSVP system into websites hosted by other providers is not yet supported.
Do guests need to create an account to RSVP?
Not at all! Guests simply enter their names to find their invitations and confirm their attendance. No registration, account creation, or downloads required.
Can we invite multiple guests under one family?
Absolutely! You can group guests by family or household. Each invited member can confirm their attendance individually, making it easier to track exactly who’s coming.
Can guests see their assigned tables?
Yes! If you’ve provided table assignments, guests can view their designated table when they access their invitation. This makes seating arrangements easier to communicate.
